A note from the Athletic Department

Ocean County Christian Academy, a Ministry of Ocean County Baptist Church is a school whose goals and objectives are to give each student the opportunity to experience spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical development at his or her own level.

Since it's inception in August of 2003, Ocean County Christian Academy has developed a need for an Athletics Department. The Athletic Department at OCCA - Home of the CRUSADERS, will ensure that each student athlete will be taught and instructed by a coach who not only is knowledgeable and understands the specific sport, but also has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The coaches will teach our student athletes how to develop their talent, how to work with their teammates to accomplish their goals, and how to handle the pressures of failure and success.

God has given us the ability to use sports as another way to glorify Him through our ability, actions, and behavior. Students who participate in sports will be held to a high standard of academics and attitude, as they represent Christ and Ocean County Christian Academy.

We would like to thank the administration of OCCA for the opportunity of being part of their team. We're anticipating a great sports season and are looking forward to the challenges ahead.

All OCCA students interested in becoming OCCA Student-Athletes, please complete the forms below prior to practice and return them to Al Nardini, Athletic Director. When visiting the teams... bear in mind, we are in the process of taking new photos and updating this page... in the meantime, enjoy some news of seasons past.
